Salad or Soup

Spring beet roots     

Roasted organic beet roots, Montrachets cheese, broccoli sprout, balsamic reduction & EVOO.

Arugula salad

Young spring baby arugula lettuce, granny Smith apple, clementine filet, roasted walnut & cider vinaigrette.

Chicken lollipop                      

Grilled Mediterranean marinated chicken on skewer, cool cucumber yogurt tzatziki dipping.

Bake Brie              

Baked Brie cheese in buttery pastry, house made cranberry marmalade and butter toasted.


Entree

New York sirloin    

 Prime cut New York steak, potatoes puree, vegetables, garlic butter glazed.

Crispy chicken “Lava”      

Crispy boneless chicken stuffed with garlic herbs butter, baby Yukon gold potato, Broccolini.

Pork tenderloin
